Skyware offers several types of support, including service training modules and video tutorials customized to your specific operation requirements with the professional support you need to compliment your staff during the implementation processes, as well as live, in-person help on demand.

Skyware technicians and help desk support personnel are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and provide real-time live service to deliver technical and operational support whenever the need arises. All support technicians are experienced in all facets of our platform and can assist you with your installation, basic configuration or programming issues, as well as recommend solutions for your operational and procedural issues. Skyware specialists are seasoned experts in the field of hospitality, technology and operational management.

In the unlikely event that you experience technical problems, trained Skyware staff will respond within twenty minutes or less 7 days, 24 hours per day.

Our regular support hours are 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday, and 8.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There is no charge for support calls during these hours. Skyware technicians and help desk support personnel ARE available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with after-hours support available from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Eastern time (for all Skyware customers who are current with their support fees). After-hours support is intended for critical emergency support situations (when you can't wait for the normal business hours). It is NOT intended for procedural questions. Skyware will now charge for NON-EMERGENCY support calls during the hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Eastern time at the standard rate of $150.00 per incident. EMERGENCY support calls will continue to be part of the service and not subject to a charge.

After-hours support calls WILL REQUIRE A PIN, to enable access to our support personnel. This pin will be generated for you by using our Get Support page.

Spa and Activities Scheduler

Using this module makes scheduling guests and attendants for specific activities simple and efficient. This module provides an integrated scheduling and billing application developed for spas and resorts to manage any club or spa operation to enhance guest services and generate more profits. The system is designed to fully integrate with our online reservation booking engine with the ability to reserve space, time and dates and process payments.
